Since 2000, Attorney Elias Leonard Dsouza has represented over 5000 Clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court in their Personal and Business Bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 13 and 11), defended Foreclosure lawsuits, assisted individuals in refinancing, negotiating with creditors, assisted in clearing credit report deficiencies, defended credit card lawsuits, contract disputes, and real estate lawsuits. Attorney Dsouza has also represented debtors and creditors in Bankruptcy Litigation.
Prior to 2000, Mr. Dsouza worked for various cruise lines and hotels in senior management positions. Mr. Dsouza also owned and operated several franchised businesses for 15 years (Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Precision Tune Auto Care centers). These prior work and business experiences has contributed greatly to the business and management knowledge that Mr. Dsouza combines with his 22 years of legal knowledge to assist his Clients in their personal and business life.
