The Family Wealth Planning Session is not the Initial Free Consultation. It is working meeting which could last as little as 2 hours and as much as 4 hours, and will be held via Video Conference only. We will set this time aside only for you. After the Initial Free Consultation, we will email you forms and a list of documents we will need to review prior to the Family Wealth Planning Session. In order for the meeting to be beneficial and successful we will need these documents at least 3 days prior to our Family Wealth Planning Session. We ask you to reserve your appointment with a credit card as we will set aside this time especially for you and you only. Because this sessions take a long time, we only have a couple of these scheduled each month. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you have prevented someone else from being able to schedule their Family Wealth Planning Session. If you fail to show up or fail to provide us the documents we have requested at least 3 days before your appointment, we will charge you $750.00 on your credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you are a no-show or you fail to send in the requested documents within 3 days of the meeting.

In order for the meeting to be beneficial and successful we will need these documents at least 3 days prior to our Business Strategy Session. At the Business Strategy Session you will educate me about your business, goals, objectives, etc. I will use my 15 years of business experience, knowledge, and my business and legal education to advise you on how to get the results you are seeking to achieve in your own business while avoiding risks that may threaten your business. We ask you to reserve your appointment with a credit card as we will set aside this time especially for you and you only. This avoids no-shows. Because this sessions take a long time, we only have a couple of these scheduled each month. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you have prevented someone else from being able to schedule their Business Strategy Session. The fee for the Business Strategy Session is $550.00 and will be charged on the credit card that you have provided. If we decide to work together on your business now or in the future, we will apply these fees to future legal services.
